Noise Tank (lovesyou) didn’t start out as a band. It began as Doc bringing on a bunch of his friends and favorite Detroit sing/song music people into a giant collaboration project. Everybody stepped outside of their usual musical realm, and jumped way into this sound that is distinctly electronic, subtley poppy, irrevocably happy, fast as the day is long glitch guitar music. Born in the bowels of Detroit, inspired by suburban time killing, shorn in the dim light of midnight high school antics. Spin mastered with every fantasy that could cross the mind of a young person just beginning to open their eyes to the world around them, just realizing they were cheated.
